Additionally contained in this latest document release seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the American territory.
Epstein acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images reveal he had drawn up development schemes to build upon the sprawling island by erecting living quarters, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a pool.
You can see the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the region, indicated on the south-eastern section.
The site plan is marked up in red pen markings and contains a key labelling various sections of the property.
Alongside the main plan are what look to be several other site drawings and architectural plans, featuring layouts for boat shelters.
